Zone is proud to offer a personalized home delivery service available to the greater Montréal region, and professional delivery service partners for the regions of Ottawa and Québec.

Certain larger items purchased online cannot be shipped via Canada Post.  When you place an online order for a larger item, the cost of delivery will be calculated automatically. If the delivery price of your item cannot be calculated, our Customer Service department will contact you with this information. We invite you to contact us for any special deliveery requests.

  • Delivery fees start at $59 (fees are calculated according to the total dollar amount of your purchase, the items being delivered, and the delivery location);
  • An assembly service is also available. You must request this service when arranging the delivery of your order. For any subsequent requests, contact Customer service before the delivery date. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to take payments directly and will not sell this service on-site.

Before your items are delivered, please be sure that all entrances (doors, stairwells, elevators, etc.) allow your items to pass through. Delivery personnel can in no way modify or alter doors, guradrrails, moldings, light fixtures or any other objetc preventing large items from passing through. In the event that a delivery cannont be completed, it must be rescheduled at the curtomer's expense.



You can also request to have an item made available for pick-up at one of our stores. This service is free. The delays vary according to the item's availability and the store where you choose to pick it up. Customer service will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pick-up.
